At the Amber Centre, we take pride in the presentation of our jewellery. All of our amber is packaged in beautiful, size appropriate boxes. Packaging varies according to the price of each piece. Jewellery priced below £70 will arrive in our signature Amber Centre boxes. Pieces £70 or more will arrive in our woven-style boxes. Multiple items totaling over £100 will all be packaged in our woven boxes. If you require items to be packaged together or if you wish to have your items packaged in a specific box, please email us. (NOTE: woven-style boxes will incur a £3 fee for items under £70, unless included in an order totalling over £100, as noted above).
We offer Signed for Standard Delivery to the UK Mainland; we offer postal packaging at an amount of £3, unless your purchase reaches over £50. If this is the case, you are subject to a Free Royal Mail First Class Signed for service. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. Please be aware that this delivery method does not insure your items.
Special Delivery to the UK Mainland: We can also arrange to deliver your items to you using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Available for all UK orders, this delivery option is £7.25 regardless of how many items are ordered or free for orders totalling over £150.
Our aim is to deliver ALL UK orders within 1 working day of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will email you to inform you of the likely delay.
Outside the UK Mainland: We also offer delivery to most destinations outside of the UK. If you require this service, please email us for timetables and international postage fees.
For the International delivery we charge £2.95 for Cruciani orders- this will be sent by the Royal Mail Standard International Service and £10 for other items-this will be sent by Royal Mail International Sign for service.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then please notify us by email stating the reason for the return. Any items MUST be sent back complete with jewellery packaging and received by us within 14 working days of receipt. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery should you wish your returned items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. The postage cost is not reimbursed.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods (again with complete jewellery packaging) providing they are returned within 14 days of you receiving them.. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. For faulty goods, postage cost will be reimbursed upon request.
